By purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein (our “Ts & Cs”). The above date represents the last time we modify these Ts & Cs. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Ts & Cs at any time, and you will be bound by any revised version of these Ts & Cs. Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time prior to accepting your order. Or, we may be delay in updating the information about our products posted on our website. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Placing Orders for Products

Placing an order for one or more of our products through our website constitutes your representation and warranty that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you wish to place an order for one of our products you be asked to supply certain information to us, including, without limitation, your name, your e-mail address, your billing address, your delivery address, your phone number, and credit card information. By providing us with such information, you give your consent to us to provide the information to third parties for payment processing and order fulfillment. All products purchased are subject to a one-time payment through various credit card companies. Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the credit card issuer. If we don’t receive required authorizations, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the product(s) you order.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all. Reasons we may cancel your order include, but are not limited to: errors in your order or in the description of pricing for our products, or supply problems with respect to our products. We may also cancel your order if in our discretion we suspect fraud or an otherwise unlawful transaction.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you may return the product(s) within 30 days for a full refund. We will use the same means as your payment to refund you. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, and must include all product instructions, documents and packing material. Products which are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them packaging will not be refunded. All custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned. If a product is used, it is final sale and no return or refund is permissible. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable ground shipping method to:

Unless the product(s) arrived damaged, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return, and will be charged a Fifteen Percent (15%) restock fee. After 30 days there will be no returns accepted or refunds given.

Orders placed before June 20, 2021 are “pre-orders”, meaning you are ordering our products before we have received the first shipments from our manufacturer. With respect to such pre-orders made for delivery within the United States, you can expect the product(s) to be shipped on or before August 1, 2021. If you have not received your tracking number before September 1, 2021, you may request a full refund. For agreed upon shipment or delivery dates after August 1, 2021, if your product(s) has/have not shipped within six (6) weeks of the agreed upon shipment or delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.

The entire content included on and within this website, including but not necessarily limited to text, photographs, features, functionality, graphics or computer code is copyrighted and is the sole and exclusive property of Vac and Stack LLC. All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Vac and Stack used on this website are trademarks of Vac and Stack LLC. You are hereby granted a limited, revocable license to download or print portions of the material on this website solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with us.
